We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join our dynamic team at a leading college in Lancashire. This role is ideal for someone with industry experience and a passion for developing others, with full support provided to gain a teaching qualification.

• Support the delivery and ongoing development of the Motor Vehicle curriculum.
• Assist in teaching across programmes from Entry Level through to Level 3.
• Work alongside experienced lecturers to develop your teaching practice.
• Help build strong employer relationships and support opportunities such as industry placements.
• Plan and prepare engaging, high-quality learning activities with guidance from your Line Manager and colleagues.
• Contribute to the creation and sharing of learning resources across the department.
• Build effective links within the College to enhance the learner experience.

• NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle (essential)
• Experience working with apprentices
• Passion for education and developing future talent
• Strong communication and organisational skills
