This is an excellent opportunity to handle a broad and varied commercial property caseload, advising a diverse client base that includes local and regional businesses, developers, investors, and landowners. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied commercial property caseload, including acquisitions and disposals, leases, and landlord and tenant matters. Advising on commercial leases, renewals, assignments, and agreements for lease. Supporting on development matters, refinancing, and secured lending transactions. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial property documentation. Working closely with colleagues across departments on multi-disciplinary matters. Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development activity. About You Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years'' PQE in commercial property. Strong technical knowledge and sound drafting skills. Commercially aware with a practical, client-focused approach. Able to manage matters with appropriate supervision and prioritise effectively.
