Advising clients on tax issues, covering compliance and advisory projectsSupporting Directors and Partners by managing a team of tax specialistsParticipating in client meetings and providing clear answers to queriesProducing high-quality tax advice accurately and on timeDeveloping junior team members and understanding their career goalsProviding solutions to tax issues and supporting exit readinessLeading on pitches and proposals, growing the business through market presenceCandidate Requirements

Minimum criteria include a professional qualification (CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience, and experience managing private equity-backed portfolios.Preferred skills include experience with PE-backed businesses, supervision in a tax environment, managing large portfolios, and business development experience.Our Culture and Benefits
