Pertemps are working with our public sector client to recruit a Contracts Officer on a temporary basis.

📍 Location: Edinburgh Central – Hybrid 
🕒 Hours: 36 hours per week  
💷 Pay Rate: £18.34 per hour
📅 Duration: Temporary (5 months) 
🔑 Start Date: ASAP – December 31st

We're looking for an organised and proactive individual to support procurement compliance, process purchasing requests, and provide guidance on commercial procedures. You'll work across a range of systems, manage enquiries, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What we're looking for:

• Strong administrative and IT skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage workloads and work independently
• Experience in procurement, finance, purchasing, or commercial operations is desirable
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, PECOS or similar systems is an advantage

Full training will be provided, with the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and supportive team.
