Lead daily operations to ensure top-notch service, delicious food, and happy customersInspire and energise your team, stepping in when needed to keep things running smoothlyOptimise workflows, manage stock, and control costs without compromising qualityEnsure health, safety, and licensing complianceHandle customer feedback with a positive approachTrain and retain a motivated, high-performing team; collaborate with senior management to hit targetsAbout You
At least 1 year of previous General Management experienceExperience in restaurant, hospitality, QSR or high-energy casual diningProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant, balancing efficiency with great customer experiencePeople-focused leader who can inspire and energise a teamStrong operational knowledge, including stock management, compliance, and cost controlHands-on approach—willing to step in and support the team when neededExcellent communication skills with staff and customersProblem-solver who stays cool under pressure and adapts quicklyPassion for food and service; understanding of Vietnamese cuisine/culture is a bonusApplication notice
