Working within an innovative supported accommodation service, you ll help build strong therapeutic relationships and support clients to develop skills, resilience and confidence to move forward positively.Key responsibilities include:Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients at all times, using safeguarding and emergency procedures when requiredBuilding positive and trusting relationships with young people to provide effective supportManaging a small caseload as a named key worker, creating SMART outcomes-based support plansLeading on risk and needs assessments and contributing to service-wide assessmentsDelivering one-to-one and group support to build coping strategies and resilienceWorking closely with statutory services, mental health teams and housing providersEncouraging client participation in service decisions and wider community activitiesSupporting volunteers who add value to the ..... full job details .....
