Our client is seeking a professional individual with strong communication skills to come and join their busy team on a temporary basis. Within this role you will be resolving issues during the first interaction in a timely manner whilst providing high quality customer service.Responsibilities include however are not limited to:Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phoneResolve issues and provide effective solutionsUse internal systems and knowledge to support customersCollaborate with other team members to share knowledgeTo be considered for this role you must have previous experience within a customer service or call centre environment.
