The role will be predominantly office-based in Oldham, with regular site visits across the North West and Shrewsbury areas.The business specialises in fit-out, refurbishment, and fire door projects, and is looking for a proactive individual to take ownership of all health, safety, and compliance functions across the company.Key Responsibilities Preparing and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)Managing and maintaining company accreditationsProducing and updating Construction Phase PlansManaging ISO standards and compliance processesConducting regular site audits and inspectionsEnsuring compliance with current health and safety legislationInvestigating incidents and implementing corrective actions where requiredProviding guidance and support to operational teams on all health and safety mattersMaintaining accurate records and documentationDriving continuous improvement of health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across the business Requirements NEBOSH qualification essentialPrevious experience in a Health and Safety Manager or senior Health and Safety role within the construction sectorStrong understanding of ..... full job details .....
