Interim Financial Controller interim for a few months / could be TEMP - Perm We''re looking for an experienced Interim Financial Controller to join a growing, international business during a period of change. This is a hands-on controllership role, working closely with the Interim CFO and wider business to strengthen reporting, controls and the relationship between Finance and the Board. The role Own the management accounts process Lead group consolidations and intercompany adjustments Manage the audit process Investigate variances and get to the "why" behind the numbers Strengthen financial controls and reporting Build strong relationships with stakeholders and improve confidence in Finance What we''re looking for Qualified accountant or strong QBE Strong financial controllership and management accounts experience Proven consolidation and intercompany experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable operating in an environment where Finance currently needs to rebuild credibility SaaS experience is advantageous, but not essential - we''re looking for someone with the curiosity to quickly understand the model Experience working across international time zones would be useful Experience with Xero and/or QuickBooks This is an opportunity for a confident, commercially minded Financial Controller who can combine technical strength with excellent communication and make an immediate impact.
