Working closely with customers and internal departments, you''ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate customer projects from initial order through to final delivery.Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and exceptional service throughout each project.Liaise with Sales, Production, Purchasing and Logistics to ensure projects remain on schedule.Process customer orders and maintain accurate project documentation.Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays and proactively resolve issues.Coordinate engineering or specification changes and communicate updates to all relevant teams.Support the sales team with quotations, order processing and customer enquiries.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience at every stage.Maintain CRM/ERP systems and produce project and sales reports as ..... full job details .....
