The Role:

• 
  

  Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Mathematics department across Key Stages 3 and 4

• 
  

  Drive excellence in teaching, curriculum design, and student outcomes

• 
  

  Support, coach, and develop a team of committed Maths teachers to promote high-quality, collaborative practice

• 
  

  Use data effectively to monitor progress, identify trends, and implement targeted interventions

• 
  

  Lead on curriculum development, assessment, and whole-school numeracy initiatives

• 
  

  Contribute to the wider school leadership team and play a key role in driving school improvement

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• 
  

  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong track record of delivering excellent Maths teaching

• 
  

  Experience in middle leadership, or a readiness to step into a leadership role

• 
  

  Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the KS3 and KS4 Maths curriculum

• 
  

  Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills

•
