Senior Project Manager (Capital Delivery and Major Projects)Location: Barking Rate: 500 - 550 per day (inside IR35) Contract: Interim/Contract - 3 to 6 months initially with view for extension thereafter We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of high-value capital projects across a local authority housing estate portfolio.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex projects that contribute to resident safety and the ongoing improvement of housing assets, including high-rise and sheltered housing buildings.The RoleAs Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple capital projects, from inception and business case development through to implementation, handover and project closure.The programme will predominantly focus on fire safety and electrical improvement projects, including the replacement and upgrade of fire alarm systems, nurse call systems, and other electrical infrastructure across residential housing stock.Project values range from 1m to 8m, requiring robust programme management and stakeholder engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of major capital projects across the housing portfolio.Manage projects through the full project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, delivery and closure.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in line with quality standards.Oversee fire safety and ..... full job details .....
