What You''ll Do: Daily/Weekly Duties:Process purchase and sales invoices using Xero accounting softwareSupport reconciliationsMaintain accurate financial records and filing systemsAssist with accounts payable and accounts receivableProcess e expensesSupport with credit control Monthly Duties:Month-end reconciliationSupport VAT return preparationsHelp prepare basic financial reportsProvide assistance with payroll administration when needed What We''re Looking For:Basic understanding of finance dutiesExperience with Xero is beneficial but not essentialStrong numerical and analytical skillsConfident with Microsoft Excel.
