Prepare and serve high-quality food for a variety of events

Work in fast-paced environments such as prep kitchen units and on-site venues

Follow event menus and execute dishes to consistent standards

Work part of a mobile catering team

Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

Previous experience in event catering, banqueting, or high-volume kitchens

Able to adapt to new environments and jump in where needed

Up-to-date

Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness (Level 2+)

Own
