A well-regarded residential care home in St Albans is looking for a Deputy Care Manager to support the Registered Manager in delivering person-centred care to older people, including those living with dementia. The role You will work alongside the Registered Manager to lead the care team day to day, making sure every resident receives safe, compassionate and dignified care. You will step up to run the home in the manager''s absence, and you will play a key part in maintaining high standards and CQC compliance.
