Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Quality Engineer to join their established team.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Quality Engineer who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about driving quality improvements across production, supplier, and customer processes.The RoleAs Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring products meet customer and regulatory requirements while supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process.Working closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing and customers, you will investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions and help maintain the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigate customer and internal quality concerns and implement effective corrective actions.Lead Root Cause Analysis using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone and other problem-solving techniques.Support continuous improvement activities to reduce waste, defects and customer complaints.Conduct internal process audits and support external customer and certification audits.Produce and maintain quality documentation including inspection plans, control plans and work instructions.Monitor quality KPIs and identify trends to improve manufacturing performance.Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve supplier ..... full job details .....
