A well-established Painting and Decorating company looking for an organised, proactive, and experienced Office Manager to join our growing team. This is a varied role that will be at the heart of the business, responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the office while managing all finance and administration functions. Key Responsibilities: Managing the daily operations of the office Processing weekly/monthly payroll Raising customer invoices and managing accounts receivable Processing supplier invoices and accounts payable Bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring Credit control and debt collection Preparing financial information for the company accountant Maintaining accurate financial and office records Answering customer enquiries and supporting the management team General administration and office management duties The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience in an Office Manager or Finance Administrator role Strong knowledge of payroll, invoicing, bookkeeping, and general accounts Experience using accounting software (e.g. Xero, Sage or QuickBooks) Excellent organisational and communication skills High attention to detail and the ability to work independently A friendly, professional, and flexible approach Working Hours - Monday - ..... full job details .....
