About the RoleReporting into the Head of People and Culture, as HR Business Partner, you''ll work directly with the senior leadership team to drive the people agenda across a permanent workforce of approximately 350 employees. Your focus will be on aligning HR strategy, enabling effective workforce planning, engagement, and development.This is a genuinely strategic role, influencing the change of a traditional operation mindset into in a more dynamic, fast-paced, and commercially driven environment.
