The Role
You'll play a vital role in delivering a first-class moving experience for customers. Working as part of a professional crew, you'll help load, transport and unload customers' belongings safely and efficiently, ensuring every move is completed to the highest standard.
You will be the face of the business on-site, providing a courteous and professional service while maintaining excellent standards of safety, care and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload household goods and personal belongings.
- Protect customers' possessions during packing, handling and transportation.
- Work collaboratively within a moving team to complete jobs efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the moving process.
- Follow company procedures and health & safety regulations.
- Assist with storage activities when required.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, conduct and professionalism.
- Support the team in meeting service expectations and delivery schedules.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Strong communication skills with good spoken English.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work well within a team.
- Previous removals, logistics, warehousing or transport experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Full training will be provided.
✅ £28,000 basic salary

Working Hours
- 40 hours per week
- 5 days out of 7
- Monday to Sunday working pattern
- Typically 07:30 – 16:30 (including 1-hour lunch break)
- Weekly rotas are normally provided in advance, although operational requirements may occasionally require flexibility.
- Weekend shifts are worked on a rotational basis in line with business needs.
