A great opportunity to work with an established and growing care company providing residential live-in support for children and young people with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour. They focus on setting up life skills to help children become well-rounded members of the community, with staff providing emotional support and helping to develop them for the future.Responsibilities
Based in a children''s residential home in Wallasey on the WirralWork pattern: 2 full days and nights followed by 4 days and nights off, with flexibilitySupport children aged 6–16, including morning routines (breakfast, dressing, school drop-off), laundry, school pickups, cooking dinner, bathing, and bedtime routinesProduce staff rotas, lead the support team, ensure care plans are adhered to, and assist the manager in running the homeSalary and Benefits
£15.70 per hour with Level 3; £17.18 with Level 5£60 per sleep-inAdditional 16 hours per month paid for paperwork224 hours of holiday per year; an extra 2 days after 2 yearsBank holidays paid at x1.5Strong support network with further training and developmentPrivate health careReimbursement for petrol at 40p per mileQualifications / Experience / Requirements
