Area Manager / Site Agent - Water Mains Laying Location: North London Rate: £350-£400 per day depended on experience Contract Type: Contract, CISCarrington West is recruiting for an experienced Area Manager / Site Agent to support a busy mains-laying programme across North London.Due to increasing workloads, our client is looking to strengthen its operational management team with an experienced individual who can oversee Supervisors and multiple delivery teams.The Role As Area Manager / Site Agent, you will take responsibility for the safe and efficient delivery of mains-laying works across your area.Responsibilities will include: Managing Supervisors and multiple operational teamsOverseeing water mains-laying and associated infrastructure worksPlanning and coordinating works against programmeManaging labour, resources and subcontractorsMonitoring site progress and resolving operational issuesEnsuring health, safety and quality standards are maintainedLiaising with clients and internal delivery teamsSupporting the wider delivery of a busy programme of works About You Previous water mains-laying experience is preferred.
