Leading, planning, and executing audit assignments from start to finish while ensuring compliance with internal standards and audit regulations.Preparing and finalising financial statements and tax computations with a high degree of accuracy.Setting objectives and supervising junior audit staff, including delivering on-the-job training and constructive feedback.Managing audit assignment budgets and meeting deadlines, balancing quality with efficiency.Maintaining clear communication with Business Advisors, Directors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and strong relationships.Taking ownership for audit deliverables and contributing to continuous improvement within the audit function.
