Lead design coordination and manage multidisciplinary design teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act and HRB requirements.Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations across the project.Qualifications

Strong knowledge and application of the Building Safety Act and HRB compliance.Ability to manage multidisciplinary design teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor or developer on complex, high-value projects.Seniority level
