Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team, managing a portfolio of residential properties across Fleet, Bracknell and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual with a solid understanding of property management, who enjoys working with landlords, tenants and contractors alike. While full property management experience is preferred, training can be provided for certain elements for the right candidate.Within this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a varied property portfolio, ensuring high standards of compliance, customer service and financial accuracy.Salary £28k - £40k DOEKey Responsibilities:Managing a portfolio of residential properties across Fleet, Bracknell and local areasHandling all aspects of the property lifecycle, including lettings, renewals and ongoing managementUnderstanding and managing the referencing process and Right to Rent requirementsPreparing, issuing and enforcing ASTs, including managing the renewals processEnsuring deposits are correctly registered and managing the deposit release processLiaising professionally with landlords, tenants and building managers at all levelsMaintaining all statutory records and ensuring full compliance with current legislationCoordinating contractors, maintenance works and property repairsManaging rent arrears and maintaining accurate financial records and transactionsPreparing weekly client ..... full job details .....
