This unique corridor-based role focuses on maintaining order and ensuring smooth student transitions between lessons. You will be an integral part of the behaviour support team, helping to create a safe and positive school environment.Responsibilities: Supervise student movement between lessons across corridors and communal areas.Intervene and de-escalate low-level disruptions in a calm and assertive manner.Support students with emotional regulation and promote respectful behaviour.Report incidents and provide feedback to the Behaviour Lead and SLT.Promote school rules and expectations to foster a consistent learning environment.Build strong, respectful relationships with students and staff.
