Interim Employee Relations Specialist

Salary up to 62kAbout the Role:As an Employee Relations Specialist, you''ll play a pivotal role in supporting our people strategy through expert ER case management. You''ll be the go-to advisor for managers and senior leaders on a range of issues - from disciplinaries and grievances to performance and absence management, right through to complex situations. With a high volume of ER cases, this is a role for someone who is confident, resilient, and solutions focused.Key Responsibilities:Manage a high and varied caseload of employee relations issues from start to resolution.Partner with line managers to provide pragmatic and legally sound ER advice.Engage and negotiate with trade union representatives on a wide range of matters.Support complex investigations and hearings, ensuring best practice and compliance with UK employment law.Identify ER trends and recommend proactive interventions to reduce risk and improve employee experience.Contribute to policy development, process improvement, and ER capability building across the organisation.What We''re Looking For:CIPD qualified or equivalent essentialStrong background in managing high volumes of ER ..... full job details .....
