Thrive Personnel ltd are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our clients team. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for performing an array of duties including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing warehouse stock.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Receiving, unloading, and processing incoming stock and materials.

Picking and filling orders from stock accurately and efficiently.

Packing and shipping orders in a timely manner.

Inspecting products for defects and damages.

Organizing and maintaining the warehouse and inventory area for efficient material storage and handling.

Ensuring workspace is kept clean and tidy.

Following safety procedures and guidelines.

Operating warehouse vehicles and equipment, such as forklifts.

Performing inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a warehouse operative.

Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures.

Proficient in operating warehouse equipment.

Ability to lift heavy objects.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

This is a temporary job with multiple shift patterns available.
