This is a hands-on contractor-side role, suited to someone confident managing subcontractors, controlling costs and keeping the commercial position clear throughout delivery. You''ll work closely with the site team, client representatives and specialist trades to deliver a bespoke private residential project. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll take responsibility for procurement, valuations, variations, financial reporting and final accounts, with the autonomy to manage the day-to-day commercial requirements. The initial project has the potential to become part of a wider scheme for the same clients.
