About the Role:

  Lead the History department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.

• 
  

  Develop and deliver a rich, engaging History curriculum at KS3andndash;KS4 (and KS5 if applicable).

• 
  

  Support and mentor staff within the department.

• 
  

  Monitor student progress and drive outcomes.

• 
  

  Contribute to whole-school initiatives and the wider life of the school.

£ The Ideal Candidate:

• 
  

  A qualified teacher with UK QTS (or equivalent).

• 
  

  Strong subject knowledge and a track record of excellent classroom practice.

• 
  

  Experience teaching History at KS3andndash;KS4 (KS5 desirable).

• 
  

  Leadership experience or a desire to step into a middle leadership role.

•
