We re looking for dedicated SEN Support Workers to work across a range of specialist schools in the Bath area, supporting pupils with a variety of needs including PMLD, SLD, MLD, Autism (ASC), communication needs, physical disabilities, and SEMH.If you re passionate about helping pupils feel safe, understood, and included, this role offers the chance to make a genuine difference every day. About the Role As an SEN Support Worker, you will: Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups across a range of SEN settings, depending on each school s needs. Assist with sensory activities, communication support (including visuals or AAC), personal care, or mobility where required. Help pupils regulate emotions and stay engaged in learning through positive, proactive support. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to meet individual education and care plans. Travel between local Bath SEN schools when needed (mileage arrangements can be discussed). This role offers variety, no two days or school settings are the same!
