This is a freelance position with an immediate start, focused on supervising the electrical works within amenity areas and landlord supplies.You will be responsible for day-to-day site supervision of specialist sub-contractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the required quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise electrical installation works across amenity areas and landlord electrical suppliesManage and coordinate electrical subcontractors and operatives on siteEnsure works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and programmeMonitor quality of installation and ensure defects are addressed promptlyOversee compliance with health and safety procedures and site rulesCoordinate with project management, other trades, and site management teamsAssist with planning, sequencing, and short-term programming of worksSupport testing, commissioning, and snagging activities where requiredMaintain accurate site records, progress updates, and reportsRequirementsProven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large construction projectsBackground working on residential / multi-room / high-rise developments preferredStrong understanding of landlord supplies and ..... full job details .....
