Provide planned and reactive maintenance support to H\u0026T\''s property estate for general maintenance work and to carry out mini-refits.Work mainly within London and the South East, with travel to other parts of the country and occasional overnight stays as required.Carry out general maintenance tasks: Joinery, basic plumbing, tiling, minor electrical works (re-lamping, etc.).Emergency response and larger property projects such as refits and setting up new stores.Assist external contractors (e.g., shutter contractors).Essential Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience within a Maintenance or Shopfitting role.UK Full Driving License.Basic IT skills.Basic understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace.Joinery and general maintenance experience in a retail environment.Full UK driving license and willingness to travel nationally with consecutive overnight stays.Ability to work on own initiative within the guidance of the specifications.Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to manage varied and dynamic workload.We celebrate you
