A dynamic, high-performing corporate finance team is seeking an MandA Director to deliver some of the UK’s most interesting mid-market MandA transactions. A junior or an established Director in mid-market MandA, eager to take on a senior, client-facing leadership role.Demonstrable track record in executing and overseeing MandA transactions in the £50m–£300m+ EV range, ideally with significant private equity experience.Board-level presence and proven ability to cultivate relationships with investors and senior executives.Experience gained at a top-tier investment bank, leading boutique, or top Accountancy firm.Sector expertise in Business Services (tech-enabled, human capital, FM, waste, etc.) is valuable but not essential—sector knowledge can be developed within the team.Why This Role?
