We are looking for Customer Services Advisor to join a busy team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are available to start immediately. You''ll be speaking with business contacts over the phone, updating internal systems, and helping ensure key information is accurately recorded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact third parties to confirm and update account information.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and request copies where required.
• Accurately update internal systems and maintain detailed records.
• Provide a professional, friendly and courteous service during all telephone interactions.
• Manage your workload effectively to meet project deadlines and targets.

• Available to start immediately.
• Confident and professional when speaking on the telephone.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work efficiently and manage deadlines.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up on outstanding requests.
