Registered Manager Requirements:Previous experience as a Manager within domiciliary care.Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.Proven ability to develop and grow services and manage budgets.Knowledge of HR processes, employee relations and performance management.Excellent communication and relationship building abilities.
