As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for a hands-on, technically excellent finance leader to take the reins of our Financial Reporting and Control function; someone who’s excited by systems, thrives on structure, and brings meaning to the numbers.This is more than just a reporting role. You’ll be stepping into a pivotal position, the right-hand to our Finance Director, helping shape our financial future through sound control, insightful reporting and smart automation.If you’ve ever thought there must be a better way to do this, and then gone and built it, we want to hear from you.What you’ll be doing

Leading the preparation of monthly management accounts, statutory accounts and consolidated group reporting, with clarity and confidence.Owning the audit process across UK and NL entities, building relationships with top-tier external auditors.Taking the lead on tax compliance, VAT returns and corporation tax across the Group.Driving cash flow forecasting and reporting, working with the wider team to ensure accurate and timely insight.Supporting the budgeting and forecasting cycle and challenging assumptions where needed.Partnering with our Executive Leadership Team on financial briefings, cost centre reviews and capital planning.Acting as a finance transformation lead, simplifying processes, introducing automation and exploring technology (including AI) to streamline the function.Being the “number two” to the Finance Director, ready to step up and represent finance in her absence.What you’ll bring

ACA or ACCA qualified (ideally Top 4 trained), with strong grounding in audit and financial reporting.Experience managing or contributing to tax compliance processes.Confidence working across the full finance cycle: management accounts, statutory reporting, forecasting and control.An eye for simplification and a passion for making finance smarter, cleaner, and more connected.Strong commercial curiosity, you want to understand the business behind the numbers.Excellent communication skills, you''re comfortable presenting to senior leaders and translating technical concepts into plain English.A calm and logical thinker, with the confidence to challenge, the resilience to improve, and the humility to learn.What we can offer
