Are you an Electrical Design Engineer with leadership skills and experience designing Control Panels?

Are you looking for a step up to Lead Engineer, where you will head up a small team and play an integral role within a highly regarded bespoke manufacturer?

As the go-to Lead Engineer, you will oversee design of Control Panel systems from concept to completion. Within this hands on position, you will have the autonomy to directly contribute to the future innovation of projects, work towards Chartership and develop your management skills in a professional, easy going and collaborative work environment.

This position would suit an Electrical Design Engineer with some leadership skills, who has experience with designing Control Panels and who is looking to step up into a Lead Engineer position.

DUTIES
* Design of bespoke Control Panels from concept to completion
* Hands on, whilst managing a small team of Engineers
* Opportunity for Chartership and Management training
* Work collaboratively with shopfloor and sales teams
* Relocation package available for the right person
* Salary bracket is for a Senior Design Engineer, with leadership / controls XP

PERSON
* Electrical Design Engineer, with experience designing Control Panels or similar
* Some leadership skills, or the traits to step up into this type of position
* Commutable distance and happy to be in the office - this role is not Hybrid
