Project Manager About the Role We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of major water infrastructure and shaft construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity to manage complex civil engineering schemes that play a vital role in improving and maintaining essential water infrastructure. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the safe, timely, and commercially successful delivery of projects, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the highest standards of quality, health and safety, and environmental performance. The role will involve managing projects that include deep shafts, pumping stations, water treatment assets, pipelines, reinforced concrete structures, and associated civil engineering works. Project Manager Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of water infrastructure and shaft construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. Take full responsibility for project performance, including safety, programme, quality, budget, and client satisfaction. Develop and maintain project programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved. Manage Site Agents, Sub Agents, Engineers, and site delivery teams. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, designers, and specialist contractors.
