Helpdesk Technician Location: Surrey, on-site working intially before transitioning into hybrid working (2 days from home) Salary: 25,000 - 27,000Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pmOur client is looking for a proactive Helpdesk Technician to join their IT department to provide remote support to internal users, manage service requests through a ticketing system, and assist with IT asset provisioning and maintenance. ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line technical support via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, and remote access toolsDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, escalating where necessarySet up new user accounts and IT equipment in accordance with internal build protocolsDecommission user accounts and equipment for leaversPerform daily operational checks and maintain accurate recordsBuild and configure client machinesOrder and track IT equipment and maintain the asset databaseSupport branch locations on-site as needed The candidate will ideally possess:Experience with IT ticketing systemsFamiliarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Azure/IntuneWorking knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012 R2 or newer, Microsoft 365)Exposure to VOIP ..... full job details .....
