A little more about your role You will provide expertise in mechanical building services engineering; with particular emphasis on the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and process related industries.You will apply technical expertise to investigations, feasibility studies, concept and scheme designs, detailed design and construction support phase of projects.In this role your responsibilities will include: Establishing client requirements and delivering engineering design solutions Delivering Mechanical Building Services design solutions to meet project needs Operating as Lead Building Services Engineer, controlling technical delivery, costs, changes and programme at all stages of projects Design, engineering, calculations Supervising the work of designers and engineers Co-ordination with all other disciplines Preparation and maintenance of man-hour and resources forecasts and estimates Preparation of/input to design programmes Providing support to site construction operations Contributing to the body of expertise within the building services department, ..... full job details .....
