About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced-FLT Counterbalance Driver-to join a busy manufacturing and logistics operation in the Washington area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious individual to become part of a dynamic team supporting production and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload goods, materials, and components.
• Transport items between production areas and storage locations.
• Conduct daily safety checks and report any faults or issues.
• Support general warehouse duties when required.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid and accredited external FLT Counterbalance licence-(RTITB or ITSSAR).
• Proven experience operating a Counterbalance FLT in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Flexibility to work-rotating shifts-(Days and Back Shift).
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
