This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing and wants to make a positive impact through their work. As the Marketing and Communications Executive, you will support the marketing team by managing operational briefs and delivering tactical actions to drive recruitment and retention across channels, including CRM, social media, digital, and print. You will draft, edit, and adapt content for diverse audiences while maintaining brand consistencYou will also assist with social media listening, PR, events, and campaigns, providing essential marketing support to ensure our messages resonate with the right audiences. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Assist the Digital Marketing Executive in the creation of engaging content for various channels, including social media, email, blogs, and website updates. Support the design and production of marketing materials, such as flyers, posters, and digital assets. Adapt and repurpose content to suit different platforms while maintaining brand consistency. Help develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely communication.
