Description Lead and support on business valuations for tax purposes, including share schemes, restructuring and transactions Provide technical tax support on valuation-related matters such as IHT, CGT and employee incentives Manage client relationships, acting as a key contact on valuation and advisory engagements Review valuation models and reports prepared by junior team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance Work closely with senior stakeholders on transactions, due diligence and structuring projects Assist in preparing detailed and defensible valuation reports for HMRC and other stakeholders Contribute to business development through identifying opportunities and ..... full job details .....
