Money Ready is seeking an experienced, values-driven leader to join our Programmes and Delivery Directorate as Senior Area Manager. This is a pivotal opportunity to provide senior operational leadership across London and, where appropriate, additional locations, ensuring high-quality programme delivery, strong funder and partner relationships, and a culture that enables teams to perform at their best. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for driving consistency, quality and impact across your area. You will oversee delivery performance, ensure effective systems and ways of working are in place, and maintain strong, trusted relationships with funders and partners to support sustainable growth.
