You will work as part of an Agile team reporting into the Solution Owner to produce design documentation on a wide variety of ITSM tooling solutions which vary in size and complexity. Working alongside a team of dedicated professionals, you will be driven to find better, faster, more effective solutions. Mandatory skills:Extensive experience in the design, installation, configuration and customisation of various ITSM/ITIL/Service Desk Tooling technologies which should ideally include technologies from one or more of the following:- CA Service Desk Manager- BMC Remedy- BMC Helix- ServiceNow - Cherwell Service Management Software- Freshworks- ManageEngine. Extensive experience of working within the bounds of ITSM/ITOM/ITIL/eTOM processes, ideally, with accompanying certifications (eg ITIL v4 certified). .
