Quantity Surveyor Small Works Location: Devizes, Wiltshire Salary: £40,000 £45,000 + Package Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Alpinefox Recruitment is working with an established Wiltshire-based contractor looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support its growing workload across social housing, repairs, maintenance and small works. This isn''t a major-project QS position. We''re looking for somebody who understands the commercial realities of responsive repairs, voids, planned maintenance and smaller-value works and, crucially, has experience working with the NHF Schedule of Rates. You could already be working as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant QS, or perhaps in an estimating/commercial role within social housing. What''s most important is your knowledge of the sector and your ability to price and commercially manage works accurately.
