They are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Electrician to join their Basingstoke / West London Team, working on a luxury residential and commercial contracts. JOB DESCRIPTION The Multi Skilled / Plumber will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of plumbing duties and some basic fabric duties of other trades, including planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and reactive maintenance tasks. The role requires a customer-focused approach, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards and within safety guidelines. KEY REPSONSIBLITIES Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks, from basic plumbing to maintenance to building fabric of the building. Multi-skilled role so a handy man who has relevant experience within a similar setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role working within commercial contracts carrying out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on a multiple commercial contracts. You will be responsible for maintaining several different buildings with carpentry, roofing and general multi trade skills.
