What you’ll need:A full UK Driving Licence (with fewer than 6 penalty points)Some hands-on experience in a domestic plumbing environmentA positive attitude and a willingness to learnWe’ll give you the tools and support to build your skills and confidence:One-on-one Health and Safety training with SECWeeks 3–14: Buddying12 weeks shadowing a Senior EngineerLearn processes, procedures, and best practices8 hours of coaching per weekWeeks 15–18: Supervised Practical WorkYou’ll start working hands-on, under full supervisionFocus on technical ability, customer service, and process complianceLowered job targets to give you time to grow8 hours coaching per weekWeek 27 onwards: Business as UsualPerformance monitored, with ongoing coaching and support as neededWhy HomeServe?
