Working within a modern, high-end office environment, you''ll play a vital role in maintaining the fabric and aesthetics of the building, keeping the space safe, smart, and compliant around the clock.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in commercial property maintenance who enjoys night work and thrives in a professional, well-maintained setting.5 on 4 off, 5 on 5 off, 4 on 5 off (12 hour shift - nights only)Static office building in Central LondonKey ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive fabric maintenance across the building including doors, ceilings, flooring, walls, tiling, and glazing.Conduct minor repairs such as patch plastering, painting, door adjustments, lock changes, and basic carpentry.Support health and safety best practices and ensure compliance with all relevant building standards.Perform routine inspections of internal and external areas to identify defects and hazards.Carry out minor plumbing tasks (e.g. unblocking sinks, changing taps, replacing WC seats).Maintain site standards and cleanliness across plant rooms, risers, and public areas.Support the day team where required through clear handovers and maintenance logs.Liaise with security, cleaning, and other out-of-hours staff to ensure smooth building operations.Accurately complete reports and CAFM system logs ..... full job details .....
