This will be the 6th member of the product team You''ll shape the direction of your product area, make the tough prioritisation and trade-off decisions, and confidently engage stakeholders across delivery, architecture, and senior leadership to drive successful outcomes. Define and drive the strategic use of AI, automation, and data-driven solutions across your product area to enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, process performance, and user experience. About you: A background within a highly regulated industry is essential, preferably within financial services/lending. You will have a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale products or initiatives, coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve successful business outcomes. Strong decision-making and prioritisation skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing demands, and make informed trade-offs that deliver value.
